Plantagenet Meats offer a range of yummy smoked goods produced by a passionate team in Mt Barker Western Australia. We stock their nitrate free, thick cut bacon, smoked chicken, smoked ham, hot smoked salmon and trout.

Denmark Butchers located in town, smoke up some delicious sausages to add to your next hamper.

Dellendale Cheese produces firmer style alpine style and soft cheeses right here in Denmark. A number of the cheeses have Australian herb infusions or washes for a unique taste. Small batches and plenty of passion goes into the making of this beautiful cheese range.

Spoonful Of Goodness produce a delicious range of wild fermented vegetables made from organic or spray free produce.

Kommunity Brew create fermented drinks, kombucha and keffir water to keep us hydrated and healthy. Founded by one of Denmark's own.

Albany Sardines the Westerberg’s, a pioneering multigenerational fishing family of Albany give us this ocean to plate divine experience. The sardines are iced straight from the ocean to avoid any deterioration and filleted fresh within an hour of being caught. They are then salted, marinated in vinegar and preserved in oil. Herb and chilli varieties available. New to their range is locally caught salmon in a variety of flavours. Packaged to be kept on the shelf this salmon is good to go.

We can help with preparation aspects of your next dinner party, luncheon, morning teas, get together's or work function. (We are not currently offering 'onsite catering' services).
