We endeavour to create the freshest hamper for you, should you be in any way dissatisfied with your product please contact us.

Please note when the product leaves the store it is your responsibility, for health reasons, to ensure the product remains cold before consumption.

Any order placed by you through our online store (website) will be treated as an offer to purchase a product or service as shown and the for the price listed. As there may be reasons that we are unable to fulfil an order we reserve the right to accept or reject your offer and you will be notified via email or phone call. Offers may be rejected by us for reasons such as our inability to fill the order requested or a pricing mistake made by either party. An agreement of an order is considered to have take place once both parties agree and payment is received.

Should you need to cancel an order please contact us via our email address, hello@whollylocal.com.au or by phone (08)9899 4486.  Orders with less than 12hrs notice are subject to a refund at our discretion. Due to the perishable nature of food, orders with less than 24hrs notice will be subject to a charge of 70% of the original price. We will refund 30% of your payment to you within 24hrs.
