We endeavour to provide products of high quality, should you be in any way dissatisfied with your product please contact us to discuss replacement or refund.

For products no longer wanted the product must be returned to us, at buyers’ cost, in unused condition with all packaging intact. If all parameters are met a refund will be issued, not including the initial postage costs.

A delivery service can be arranged within the Denmark area to your accommodation, home or business.

Postage Australia wide will be sent through Australia Post, please give up to 6 days for your package to arrive.

Regular packages for beauty products will be sent in a small satchel up to 5kg in weight. (Satchel dimensions are 355x225).
